We had dealings with 2 people. They were very professional and very helpful. Made me feel good about my purchase. It was raining when we picked up the car, one of the guys sat with my grandson in the lobby and talked to him. That was very sweet of him. We didn't ask him he just did it. We were outside trying to go over the new car. They went over all the details of the car and called me the next morning. To thank me for my purchase and ask me if I had any questions.

Would not recommend this place at all. Short story: they don’t take responsibility and charge you an arm and a leg and successfully milked an easy $600+ from us. They really got us. While there were some exceptionally nice staff (specifically a female receptionist who checks you out and the larger red haired man, forgive me on names), this business seems like it only cares about getting every last penny from you. Long story: They charged us to diagnose my heater issue, which resulted in a little over $600 to fix an actuator and an unsure diagnosis. Then they told us i need a new heater core but it’ll cost over $2k. When I declined, I picked up my car and the radio was not working. Like wouldn’t even turn on. When I brought this up, a different guy than the one I had been working with told me “these things just tend to random fail” (I had zero issues with it until they started messing with things), but said they would look into it. After leaving it with them, they said i would have to pay to get it fixed if they can’t just plug something back in because they weren’t going take responsibility. Again, I told them there were no issues before I brought it to them so whatever they did was the cause of it and it needs to be fixed. Of course, something just needed plugged in and it magically was working just fine. I do not recommend nor trust this business at all. I got my car fixed at a local auto shop for 1/3 of the price.
