The lady that helped me find a snorkel trip was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I think she was the owner? So friendly and sweet. I’m staying at Napilli Shores and just went in to get a recommendation for a snorkel trip and I was very impressed by the eagerness to help me find the best trip for me and my picky son. We ended up booking the Calypso and had the best day ever! Such a great adventure! Thanks guys for helping us have an amazing experience ?

First time renting from them. Website worked great for reserving gear. When arrived greeted by awesome person who seemed very happy to help me. She picked out the rentals and made it very easy. Awesome experience highly recommend

We rented snorkels and fins for the day and my expectations were exceeded. The masks and snorkels were in such good shape (the fins too, but I was more impressed with how nice the masks were, lol) and the service was sweet and kind. Free coffee if you bring your own cup too! This was a much better rental situation than I’ve experienced before and we will be back.

Wonderful people with really quality equipment. We received good instruction on snorkeling and great recommendations on where to go out. Highly recommend stopping here to get your gear. If you have kids with you get a boogie board or two! We rented everything for the week and it was very reasonable.

The only reason they lost a point is because Boss Frog was cheaper for a lot of items if you are only renting for a day or two. Water Works has a better deal on a full week snorkel set and most other things are about the same for weekly rentals. It's a clean place and the people are nice but it's a bummer they cost almost double for a day rental.

I recently rented snorkeling equipment from this store. The equipment was of good quality, and the owner provided some helpful guidance for our snorkeling trip. However, the price was quite steep compared to neighboring stores, which were offering similar equipment for just a fraction of the cost. Aside from the high prices, the overall experience was positive.

Owners were very nice and helpful. My wife and I rented snorkels for a week and they made sure we were setup with everything we needed. They were also knowledgeable about the local snorkeling areas, and even pointed us in the right direction to see some sea turtles!

The store was located close to our accommodation so it was an easy and convenient location to hire snorkelling gear. The staff were helpful and friendly. The price was approximately $130USD for weekly hire of snorkels, fins and float belt for 2 people. The price felt steep but is well worth it for the experience.
