My husband did not speak to Nikole before my husband and I came to your offices to speak to Nikole. I have requested an itemised bill from Straight Talk to prove this.

The car stood there after you said that you can't work on it as we told both you and Nikole that we are phoning around looking for a repair shop that can in fact work on it and accepts our warranty. As soon as we found a place, my husband let you know that the towing company will collect the car the following day. And I did in fact come and pay you the following day and I arrived before the tow truck.

The fact that you would blatantly accuse a customer of wanting to commit fraud is absolutely rediculous. You know that I am not an American and yet you really think that I would get myself charged with fraud, which is a criminal offense, and deported just to save $160. That is a slap in the face!

Lastly, your business' name is Welches ALL vehichle repair, not Welches SOME vehicle repair. Yet again, if you knew you had limited equipment to work on imports, you should have said so and not tow the car in.

If there was an option for zero stars, it would be zero. My husband and I went to Welches in person and explained to Nicole that his BMW doesn't start and asked if they would be able to help. She said yes, and arranged for the car to be towed to them. Brady then called my husband and informed him that it was the car's computer and he can't work on it. When we arranged to tow the car somewhere else, I argued with them about the towing fees as they should not have said that they can work on the car if they couldn't and we now sit with 2x towing fees because of this. When I wanted to pay their towing fee, Brady had the audacity to tell me that I should pay cash as he feels that I will commit fraud!!! I have never been insulted like this in all my life! Adding insult to injury, my husband and I were clients of Welches for more than 3 years and have always paid with a debit card. This is absolutely unacceptable!
