Por equivocacion fuy a mirar si estaban mis zapatos y con mala cara y respondiendo feo me dijo q era para el otro q porque yo no miraba bien ,q para eso el me lo escribió.
Fuera como Hubiera Sido,no es la forma de responder o tratar un cliente..
Otra cosa ,para q tiene un número de celular si, NCA RESPONDE...
Si mira no soy la única persona q le a dado una estrella.

I had great service from Lou and Julio! I had a special need for modifying my shoes, and another place said that they could not help. Lou and Julio carefully examined my shoes, and said that they would give it a try. They did a great job with the first pair of shoes, and I brought three more pairs to them. They did a
wonderful job and their modifications definitely increased my quality of life! They deserve five stars for their great work, patience, and terrific attitude of working to be helpful! The price was very reasonable. They provided great customer service. I highly recommend this shoe repair shop to you and encourage others to use them for a great job! Plus Lou is very interesting and fun to talk to.

I just purchase my boots from coach brand new. I explained I need protection skid so I wouldn’t slide all over the place I’m leaving for my trip. Julio explain all they would do is add a thin layer on the bottom of my boots. I went to pick it up today and very surprised the boot looks different.I can see the shoe was cut and re-constructed not what I paid for. Glue was still left on the shoe and bottom of the boot. They didn’t even try to make it better. I have a video which I will upload of Owner quickly moving around the counter and grabbing my belongings and kicking my bag out the door telling me to get out. Poor customer. Avoid this place at all cost. Business isn’t listed on Better Business Bureau. This explains a lot.

I called in to have some work done on my cowboy boots. It’s a simple task is all that was needed, which is to replace some stitching in my cowboy boots. They told me “No, they’re not gonna do just that”. I’m guessing because it wasn’t a big enough moneymaker for them. They place the needs of their pockets before a customers needs. Turning down a simple job because they’re not gonna make enough money is crazy.

Response to the owner. Reading all of your one star reviews state that you are a rude and trash owner. With the response you have given me, just goes to show the truth and the one star reviews. I am surprised you are in business. I wouldn’t be surprised if you were out of business in the next couple years. Why did you delete “ya big baby” from your original response? Be a man and put it back up there.
