Bought a nice straw (cowboy) hat there earlier this year. Fits well, very comfortable and they had plenty to choose from. Got it on sale, too.

I have shopped at the westerner in Chipley several times now and the customer service is hands down and the ladies in there are always more than happy to help you in anyway!! Wanna give thanks to Jessica for being so sweet and making the purchase of my new pistol a great experience!!! Will definitely be back to shop at the westerner.

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I bought our boots online and had them shipped out of convenience. Well it was not that way at all. It has been a hassle . They require a signature and for people who work Monday thru Friday and don't have anyone home to sign for packages it's a real pain. They said they changed my delivery address but don't know of that will help. So here I am having to wait another day to see if they'll deliver it to my office. If not I have to go and pick them up. Other than that the boots are fabulous and so are their prices!

The Westerner is the best place for jeans and goodies. I go there to spoil myself. FYI, the store is still open and not closed permanently.

The no refunds in November and December is not a good practice. We spent a lot of money but wanted to return 1 item that we bought. It was not a gift. The store is nice but not allowing refunds for two months is a poor business practice. We will remember it next year.

My wife and I stopped in the store to see what all they had we live about 20 miles from the store, we’re in Chipley a lot. We’re both in our 60’s and retired and the entire time we were in the store we were followed and watched constantly like some kind of thief it was extremely uncomfortable. Been there once and that was more than enough.

This place is dangerous! I had a hard time leaving with any of my money!! Seriously they have it all, great clothes, great boots, and great guns!!
