This is a great shop with knowledgeable staff.i have good luck dropping in for regular tools and parts, most of the time they have what I'm looking for. The service is pretty fast even with big issues with my bike. They always go above and beyond and treat their customers very well. Great shop! Highly recommend!

I asked them to do a general tune-up on a mountain bike and fix an issue where the chain comes off the crank under load. They said they fixed everything and the first test ride, the chain came off. I brought it back in, and they tried again. This time, I didn't make it 2 feet from the counter. A different person told me the parts were either worn or just cheap parts, and sold me a new freewheel. The problem still persisted and the individual proceeded to convince me my bike was just cheap, and it could get very expensive to fix, and I'd be better off buying a more modern bike with a 1x12 gearset. To make a long story short, I replaced the cranset myself for $40 and fixed my problem. Then the freewheel they sold started binding at around 16 miles and my rear hub became loose. So I torqued the rear hub and replaced the "brand new" free wheel for $20. I would avoid taking your bike there to get worked on. I had zero experience working on bicycles before this, Yet, I fixed what they couldn't in a couple hours and for half the price they charged me.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Westfield Cyclesports and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their team. A special shoutout goes to the bearded bike mechanic who, despite his mild sarcasm, exhibited a level of expertise and professionalism that is hard to come by. His humorous approach made the experience not only efficient but also enjoyable. My bike has never been in better shape! Highly recommend Westfield Cyclesports for all your cycling needs.

Worked with Doug and had an amazing experience. Was taking in an old Peugeot bicycle for some basic service and issue with the rear wheel. Doug was very friendly, helpful, and honest. He was upfront about what the bike really needed for service and was able to diagnose my wheel issue within minutes. Unfortunately what I needed they couldn't get in stock, but Doug was able to give me great advice on what to look for! I will be shopping here again for any bicycle repairs.

Took my bicycle in to get the shifter repaired/replaced. Was verbally told $30 for the part, $30 for labor, but didn’t get a written quote. I left it in their care and when I came back to pick it up the charge was well more than double what I had been told. The guy I spoke with initially was friendly, and helpful, but dang- that was a shock. I don’t think I would have paid to have the work done if I had known it was going to cost that much. So buyer beware- get your estimate in writing or it means nothing. **update: also check your bike before leaving the parking lot. It functioned on the bike lift but not in real life. I had to take it back and get it adjusted as it wouldn’t shift. They were friendly about it, and made several adjustments to get it working well before I left the store the third time.

I thought the cable on my front brake was broken so after reading the reviews, and making some calls to several places I decided to bring my bike here. For a maintenance service, Cyclesports had a 2 1/2 week waiting list while the other places I called where much longer. They helped me get my bike out of the car and I explained the problem. The service guy looked at the brakes and was able to re-hook the cable back on- it wasn't broken. I was still willing to leave it to be serviced, but he said he'd take a quick look at it. He oiled the chain and said it was in good working condition and gave it back to me, no charge!! These guys are great. I will definitely be bringing my bike here and recommending them to anyone looking to buy a bike or have one serviced.
