Westfield helped me out with the purchase of my 2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R 40th anniversary.

They were the only Kawasaki dealership who did not add thousands of dollars to their online pricing. They had a freight/assembly charge but that is to be expected with brand new motorcycles and it was less expensive than expected and less than the surrounding dealers.

Xavier was helpful with showing me the ins and outs of the bike and made the entire transaction smooth.

I am not patient when it comes to motorcycle dealerships and I have a high standard for their services and how they treat customers and I was very pleased with the entire process and will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next bike.

I should’ve verified the color of the vehicle I was purchasing but didn’t, and assume it was the one I clicked on initially for the credit app. Not entirely their fault, I should’ve looked. Quick buying experience though. I applied for the teal and white.. wife hates red lol

I’ve been with several people when they purchased their bikes here, as well as purchasing my own here as well. Westfield has always been helpful, friendly, and efficient in their purchasing process. There are other dealers around Indy, but Westfield has been the best to work with. I looked at purchasing a Kawasaki Ninja 1000 several years back from a competitor (see my other review on them), but after their unwillingness to even test-ride a demo bike, I went to Westfield and got the same bike brand new for cheaper…and with MUCH better service!

As I pulled into the parking lot of Westfield Powersports, there was plenty of parking with parking for people with disabilities. As I entered, I was overwhelmed by the number of vehicles in the store. I went to the bike section. Doug greeted me with a smile. He also assisted me with finding the product that I was looking for.

Your typical bike shop. After being to a Harley store (see review) you notice all the team just .... sitting around talking amongst themselves till they know you bought cash. No one on one experience that will make you want to come back and definitely buy your next bike here. With evething going on line and stores closing, you figure they would up their game on cumstomer experience. I picked up a can of bike cleaner and obviously the guy thought I was going to steal it so he hollers across to aks if I need help then goes back to talking to co-worker. I would definitely pay a little more else where that makes me feel they're excited I drove this far to see their selections.
