Today I was wanting to invest in my first very good quality bike. I am very new to biking and I had alot of questions with my limited knowledge. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Very happy with my purchase. Matt and his team went above and beyond for me today. I was visiting from out of town and saw on their website that they had the bike rack I was looking for. They assembled and installed the rack on my van in just over an hour. It was actually a rather tricky install because my hitch was uncooperative but Matt got on the ground in 90 degree temps to figure out how to make it work. Great service and a friendly team - I highly recommend this shop.

Picked up my first hardtail MTB from here and it was a great experience all around. Everyone was super friendly and helped me get set up with everything I needed and took the time to answer some newbie mountain bike questions. We drove from St. Louis to get a particular specialized e-bike that was not in stock anywhere near us. Jason was super nice on the phone, ensuring the bike they had was the exact model we were looking for and putting the bike aside for us. When we got there, Jeremy was very helpful setting us up and ensuring we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bike and a pleasant buying experience!

This was a great experience from start to finish. We ordered 2 specialized road bikes that arrived in about 3 to 4 days. The staff and owner were so helpful, there was no pressure to buy, but rather they helped us find the best bikes for us. We also had a customized fitting with Vince, this is totally worth your time and money. We shopped in larger cities for these bikes, but who would have thought that the Springfield area has the very best bike shop.

Bought a Specialized Roll Low Entry bike from Wheel Fast yesterday. We happened on Wheel Fast out of necessity as all St. Louis bike shops were out of this bike and my wife had her heart set on it. Jason helpful on original phone call. Matt couldn't have been nicer/more helpful during the process. Definitely worth the quick drive from STL. Would definitely recommend to others. Went in today looking for a new or used higher end bike. I wasn't expecting to find anything since everyone is struggling with limited inventory. They had gotten in a very nice, used specialized mountain bike yesterday. It was a perfect fit and exactly at my price point. I ended up getting a better used bike than I would have new for that price. Everyone was helpful and accommodating to help me find the bike I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and was extremely happy to be able to buy from a small local business than a large chain store. I will be visiting them first for any future biking needs, and would highly recommend them.
