Today I went to make a return that was purchased online in the store with the manager Tara a few days ago. Unfortunately, the dress was not for me when it arrived in the mail; when I went to return the item there was no tag attached come to find out when I arrived at the store. (I had the original receipt and the receipt that came with the dress in the mail). Christine the one handling the return started questioning where’s the tag I responded I don’t know I just got it in the mail; (no tags where attached to the item when it came in the mail) then started stating the item smells like perfume I then stated I just tried it on and then out of nowhere Christine falsely said there was a stain on the dress which there was no stain. Christine was looking for any way to not return the dress and give me my refund. Tara the manager had to intervene due to Christine falsely accusing me. Not only did she make me feel incredibly uncomfortable but they lost an honest and loyal customer. Christine was unprofessional throughout the return and even worse when I left the store incredibly rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE! There is other stores locally that provides excellent customer service.

Shopped at WHBM in Wesley Chapel today and I received the greatest customer service by Christine and Tara. Very rarely do I shop for myself and they made it fun and helped me find the best fits and prices! I’ll be back just to have a helpful personal shopping experience with these two gals!

I was shopping for an outfit for my first PA school interview and Angie was beyond helpful. She helped direct me towards the perfect outfit. She was attentive without being pushy. 10/10 service. She’s such an angel!!

I am always having issues with same lady . All staff are nice except her. I went there for shopping there are having the 25% on entire purchase. I was having a coupon the $30 over 150 and reward $20 of Entire purchase. She refused to use the coupons and the reward . So I checked online and it Worked. I was showing her that it worked online she was so rude and didn't look at the phone . And treating me like i'm begging the clothes for free .

Shopped over the weekend with a friend of mine for the first time at this location. WHBM has been my go to shop for clothes since 2022 and my expectations are high every time I enter the store since the clothing isn’t cheap (but the quality is good). Marte and Rebeka didn’t disappoint and were very helpful. They set up a fitting room for me and brought me extra sizes/colors. I was shopping for a new dress and a few more staple pieces for my closet. The dress I wanted wasn’t in store in the color I wanted so they ordered it online for me and it’s being shipped free of charge to my home. Great experience all around.

I want to commend Christine K. and Angie from WHBM at The Shops at Wiregrass. They are exceptional sales professionals and assisted me on my most recent purchases.

I shop at this store all the time in Tampa but when I happen to stop by at the one here at wire grass I had the worse experience ever with the manager that was working ? literally as soon as I walked in with my husdband and and my son,she was so rude and judgmental and acted as if kids were not allowed in the store and made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time I was shopping.. she was a very unpleasant customer experience I must say. The whole vibe and energy she gave off was extremely uninviting..I just had to come on here and see if there were any Similar reviews about this particular lady working.. she was obviously a manager and acted some type of way maybe menopause is hitting hard at this point in her life but she should be nicer to customers and stop acting like an old prune. I could buy the whole store if I wanted so never judge a book by its cover ?

I do not recommend going to this location. I made a mistake and thought the mall closed at 9pm instead of 8pm. I showed up to the store 15 minutes before the store closed and the two associates were rude and did not help me. I have been to many other WHBM stores and always felt the service was great. I can’t say the same about this store. I go as far to say that I felt judged for being at the store 15 minutes before closing. A word of advice to the associates at this store- assume that it might be a busy mom, that’s worked all day and has other life circumstances keeping her from having from ample time to peruse a store. Do better.
