Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. Selection of mid tier cigars are reasonable. Clean. Well organized. Can’t find much to complain other than the simple fact that sometimes they run out of stock but it’s not their fault. Would give them higher rating but I haven’t frequented them long enough to give them 5 stars but I do come in once a week so they’re good enough to drop 40.00+/week. Manager is also really sweet and a cutie

I wanna start with how clean and organized the store is. Everything was placed neatly and spaced in a way you didn't feel crowded by everything. Lastly, Zach was the professional who assisted me and my friend. That man is a joy the be around. He has a good personality and is a good person. Best of all, he is well educated on products. It's a far drive for me, but after that experience it'll be worth it.

So happy to have a wild bills in Elkhart, went to the store for the first time,It is beautiful inside. was helped by Bailey, she was very knowledgeable on everything I needed , was greeted as soon as I walked in with a huge smile ,was very happy to have the help I received. When I went in there was to guys working. Both of them were very helpful and kind. They help me pick my first ever mod and a cigar. Zach and Kyleie help with a starter mod and a good cigar. It was a wonderful experience and cheap and affordable. I’m planning ti make that my regular vape shop. Anyone the reads this i highly recommend you visit that shop

Absolutely love coming here always have friendly banter with the employ’s who are alway such a big help and never steer you in the wrong direction very knowledgeable staff I usually get helped by Bailey and every time I walk in she greats me with the biggest smile and talks to me like we have been friends for years great environment and amazing selection!!!
