Adorable boutique with lots of unique items to gift or keep for yourself!
I stopped in at my daughter’s recommendation and not only did Liv provide excellent customer service, she was my own personal shopper. I enjoyed the conversation and the way she showed me items she thought I might like as she learned my taste.
And I made the ultimate find, a porch goose! I have searched for months and am so excited to give Marlow a good home. 😁

I ordered a cow print tumbler well over a year ago and have received NOTHING from this place. No communication no cup nothing. I have tried to get in touch with them several times with no luck and because her website was updated with new turn around times it pushed me past the time I was able to dispute the charge with my bank. To say the least this scammer should have her website removed and refund peoples money immediately.

I ordered a cup in March 2024. I got told a 2 week turn around I’d get it. Never got it I was messaging them multiple times a day and know one would answer I finally commented on a post and someone responded. June 4 it still says it’s processing this is more than 2 weeks I wasn’t upset cause it wasn’t an emergency to have the cup. I finally got a response later that night saying it was finished and she was letting it sit and get it out the next day. Next day comes around and there is nothing saying it has shipped. June 19th I messaged and no one answer. Message June 23rd and they replayed saying it was yellow and saying she sent me a message that I never got and she was taking precautions so it wouldn’t “melt”. July 1st it’s finally shipped! But gets lost somehow in UPS. I message her on July 3rd 5th and 9th. Finally get an answer 19th. And family things happen but you should still answer your work messages my manger does when she’s off. July 16th. The one I’m supposed to get is still at the shop mind you I’ve been waiting since March. So it gets lost I message back and fourth multiple times I FINALLY got one August 15th 5 MONTHS after I was supposed to get it. This is poor customer service. Next time if it breaks I’m just getting one off Amazon it get here faster

I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. I LOVE cowprint. And this seller blew up right around the time I found her. I ordered a mug, fully accepting the 8 week turn around time I was given. But after ordering in March, June was soon here and I had received no mug. When I emailed them about it, they assured me it would be sent out next week and that they were finishing it up with the rest of their batch. Another week passed, no shipping updates. I emailed again, and after many emails, received a response that they ruined their batch and had to start the process all over again. I requested a refund at this point and they stated that Afterpay (the service I used) had already refunded me. Which it had not. They disputed my dispute for lack of goods received, and I am still months later, out of a mug and money. It is now DECEMBER. I want my money back.

I made an order in September. I saw a couple more items almost two months later that I liked, so I made another order. Fast forward to mid-December, and I had neither of my small orders. I messaged with the owner and she said she was finishing some pens I ordered but both orders would ship Wednesday. Fast forward to Dec 22. I still haven’t gotten my things. I had to initiate communication (again). She said she “was planning on dropping my orders off the next day.” Who wouldn’t communicate that? The next day I received and heard nothing until past 7pm. She said she had an emergency at her house “but would still make it.” I didn’t see the message until after 9p, but still had nothing. I just told her to bring it by the next day (Christmas Eve) if that worked better for her. I finally got both my orders late Christmas Eve morning. However, the shirt I received was so thin, and the epoxy on one of the two pens I ordered was so messed up. I was gonna gift both of the pens to my sister but won’t give her a messed up pen, so I’m keeping that one. I will say I ordered a tumbler that looks amazing, and so far I love it.
TL;DR: terrible customer service, messed up products, terrible turn around time, don’t waste your time

Placed my order for 40 oz cow print Stanley tumbler on Feb 23. I have reached out multiple times to owner and continue to be lied to. It’s very apparent from her social media posts that she sold items already paid for online at barn sales and etc. it has been 4 months, it would be acceptable if she at the least updated her customers. I have requested tracking multiple times and never receive the email that was supposedly sent. Nothing good comes to a business that lies to its customers. I have reported this shop as fraud to my credit card company since it feels like a huge scam.

If I could leave this boutique -10 stars I would. First tat was 8 to 10 weeks, I waited over 5 months with no communication on the companies end. When asked was lies to about shipping, waited another month with no update and again. Finally got my cup after over 5 months it was horrible I returned it she got it back said oh it was a strip cup it was awful. After over a month of her having the cup back she has lied over and over about my refund. I still have not gotten my refund. Buyer beware of this seller. She has also turned off all communication on her socials. Will not respond.

Ordered a cup in January with a 12 week turn around. Emailed in about may and they kept saying it would ship. Got an email in June that it was shipping but it was never dropped off at the UPS store. Emailed following up in July and got the run around a new one would ship the following week. Never shipped. Emailed in August and September with no response. Finally just did a chargeback because they didn’t respond to emails about wanting a refund after 6 months.
