The hours on the door said they were open. The open sign was on but the door was locked. There were several employees at their stock room across the walkway sitting and chatting. When i asked why the store front was closed they said they were busy and would be back to open it in 20-30 minutes; they then went back to chatting. There are bigger shops with better employees on the island. I won't be back.

Went in for a few things and was not greeted even though i said “hello” when I walked in. Girl at the counter was more invested in her phone. I shop at card stores all over the island and am very active player in the communities. This shop needs to hire employees that know the products and are actually excited to be there. Toylynx in Dole Cannery is the standard for card shops on the island.

Hours on the door say they would be opening at 2:30PM. I'm standing in front of the store at 3:00PM and nobody is there. Terrible public marketing, fix your hours.

The new location looks great. I really enjoy visiting because the employees are great people, knowledgeable, and are nice and welcoming. They're making it the best place to go windward, and working to bring access to the same kind of events and activities found town side. It's always a good time visiting.

Visited this place twice. Got great prices on their Ghosts From the Past 2 set per box. But some of their PSA graded stuff was overpriced. Employee was much more enthusiastic than the owner, overall, a decent experience.
