Had everything I needed and more!!
Friendly staff and Great service!

At the time of my first review above, I was extremely busy and didn't have time to properly write a review.
To only say they had everything I needed and gave great service is a gross understatement!
I had a service call on an older system that everything I touched, broke or started leaking. It was a nightmare!
I stopped at each of the other 3 well known Supply houses in the Daytona Beach area for parts and the counter people seemed like they were in slow motion. It took over 2-1/2 hours to find out they didn't have what I needed so by this time, it's 4:40 when I walk through their door with my list and rough drawing of a manifold I needed to make to replace some real shoddy work..
This was the first time in their store and I didn't know a soul.
You know the look you get from most counter guys, 20 min before closing and you walk in with a list and drawings in hand...... I didn't get that look and their reaction stunned me.
The guy said," Looks like you need quite a bit, and we close in 20 minutes" He took my list, looked at it and handed it to the other guy to see how much he could find on my list. Then he looked at my drawings, asked a few questions and listened to me explain what I was trying to make to replace the old piping.. once he understood, he started to grab all the parts and brought everything to the counter....
By this time it's 5:15, the other guy had found everything on the list and had it in a bag ready to go..and waved to the guy helping me as he walked out the door.
5:15 and not one hint of attitude as he loosely assembled all the parts on the counter to make sure it was all going to go together and that it was what I needed. Sure enough , it was perfect and then he asked, is there anything else I can help you with? That stunned me since it was already 25 min past closing, I said there sure is, but that can wait until tomorrow. It was 5:30 when he unlocked the door to let me out and he thanked me for my business and said, Have a great night. That changed the whole rhythm of my day and I went back to the job, knocked it out in a couple hours and was able to go home..... Knowing I wouldn't have to go back to that job in the morning, made my night that much better!
I have never been treated so well at the end of a day when I walked in needing so much help and actually have someone care if they were able to help me solve the problems I was having on my job. Really, if I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it.

My wife went to pick up compatible garbage disposal switch for our new kitchen faucet and raved to me about the customer service she received. We know it’s a small part but she said they called the rep to get it as soon as possible for the install we are having done in 3 days. I appreciate you all treating her and my son so well and will certainly do more business with you in the future. Thank you!

Bayne Eason is extremely rude! Ask my father how can I help you and before he said anything he walked away and then went to talk to his co workers as if he wasn't standing there. He had to wait. Also refused to take a return on an item although a receipt was given AND he was the person that sold it. Indicated that he didn't remember, but the receipt says otherwise. Not friendly at all.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about placing the first order for materials because I thought that maybe I wouldn't be seen as important enough since I was not a major contractor with purchasing volume. I was immediately free from that skepticism when Mike put together everything on my list and made sure I was comfortable with the material and the price. I have used Morgan Brothers Supply in Daytona Beach now for all plumbing projects big and small and would not go anywhere else.

Never a problem whether I call in the order or carry it in, it is always filled and is exactly what I order. The all the guys treat you with respect and appreciation for your business. If you go in look for the thin tall kid that looks like a surfer, or just ask for Mike.

The staff was on top of everything. Had everything I needed. Showroom was outstanding. Just a great place for all your plumbing needs.
