Very slow at sending out orders. Been over a month and I haven’t got my orders yet. They sometimes answer the emails and when they do say I will get and I haven’t. Not going to business with them anymore.

I placed an order on line and received the wrong item. I called to get it replaced, was told to send an email and picture. I did and didn't here anything. Called a week later, told the owner was at a show and left a message. Called again a week after that and was told the owner never received my email. Not true because it never came back. After I threatened to withdraw my credit card payment, they would send me my fabric with a return envelope. Finally received my fabric after 4 weeks with a blank envelope. Because of a comment I made on Facebook, I am going to get the label I should have received with the correct fabric.

I shop at this quilt shop via online. Their products are high quality and reasonably priced. They are so prompt to get orders out to me. They are always packaged very well. They have live shows usually on Tuesday nights on their app and Facebook. That's when I buy most of my things, because I love all the cute fabric, kits & etc they have to offer. Plus, it's a mother and daughter, and they are so fun.
