If you're looking for boots.DONT GO HERE!! I bought a pair of boots here. I payed $250 for them.The girl brought me the size I asked for I tried the boot on and it fit. When I got home I put both of them on and felt a nail piercing the sole of the boot.i was so upset I live out of town so I had to wait till the next day to take them back. I drove up there the next day ,when I showed the girl in the front the problem she didn't say one word to me ,just got on her little radio and asked for another pair. She brought them out handed them to me and walked away.She was so rude.Didn't apologize to me for her product hurting my foot didn't apologize for me having to drive all the way up there on my only day off. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her. I will never go back and neither will anyone I know. NO TO ZAPATERIA RIGO Y MARCELA!!

The two stars are for the merchandise. They have a lot of neat items. Went in with the family ready to purchase boots, belt, belt buckle, and hat. The vibe was very judgy. We let it go thinking, it's the mall, maybe they're just weary of shoplifters. My husband picked a pair of boots to try on at first. He didn't like them, therefore we moved on to choosing other items. Realizing we wanted to base everything off the boots, we decided to find boots fist. My husband found a couple more boots to try on. This was followed by frustrating micro expressions from the staff. They kept giving my husband different styles than what he asked for. We thought, maybe they're having a hard time finding the boot, and just want to ensure the size will work. Finally, my husband found his size, and when we asked for the specific boot style we asked for to begin with, we were told in a very passive aggressive manner, that the boot was the same. When pointing out the difference. A woman who seemed to be the manager said to us, "we can care less about the tube (top) of the boot when we order them." To which we replied "but we care". The lady immediately took the boot from my husband and gave it to the man helping us and said "they're not taking it." And that was that. They all moved on. We understood what they meant with the comment. The thing is, WE are purchasing the items. We are spending hundreds of dollars for something WE like and are happy with. If they explained politely and respectfully in the beginning that they have a limited size on the different boots and what they base their sales off of. We would've easily and patiently been more cautious in what we chose and would've ended up purchasing everything we set out to get. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated and dismissed in the end. I even had the decency to thank them as we left, and in turn received a begrudgingly "uhum." Oh well.

Stopped by today looking for cowgirl boots and they had a huge variety of styles and even matching belts. They even have the boot slippers. I love this store will be shopping here more.

Watch out the dates when you buy from this store. Yes the owner keeped her cool knowing she was going to keep my MONEY yes lady MONEY. I asked one size bigger with tags and how she said to leave if I were going to return. and it was a NO because her 14 day policy. Owner remember i shopped there several time i work at the mall still she wanted to keep my money knowing how today knowing how we are in todays economy. I will not buy from there any more and i hope you consumer dont either. People get rude when they are so unhappy.

I was speed walking, trying to get out of a very crowded mall over the weekend when I saw the beautiful boots and shoes in Zapateria Rigo y Marcela. Of course I had to go in and buy a pair of shoes. Everything in the store is gorgeous, excellent quality. They have shirts, hats, belts, of course a ton of boots and shoes, even some jewelry. The employees are super nice and helpful, just very pleasant and personable. I hate malls and couldn't wait to get out of there, but I'm so glad I stopped in at this store, A+!
