My husband and I drove 5hrs to purchase our Torque 384 Toy hauler from Zoomers RV in Indiana.
The experience was outstanding from start to finish! The entire team was courteous, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Our salesperson, Matt, took the time to answer all our questions and did a virtual tour with me via FaceTime. Plus he was able to negotiate the price before we took the 5hr drive. Jennifer in finance, explained the warranty clearly and ensured we understood all the details. The shop technicians, Jason, Jamie and Kevin were professional and thorough, ensuring everything was in excellent working order. They even jumped in to help my husband when he was having electrical problems with the 5th wheel hitch. During the walk-through, Daniel, patiently explained all the features and answered every question we had, making sure we felt confident before taking our camper home.

My wife, Faith, and I are from Virginia. We drove out a few weeks ago to look at some units that they had on the lot. We were totally blown away by the hospitality and the kindness of everyone there at Zoomers in Wabash, Indiana. John Rouse, our salesman was top notch. I cannot say enough about him not only, have we become great friends, but he is a remarkable person and salesman. We chose to drive all the way from Virginia to Wabash just because of John and his honesty. Through the numerous phone calls text messages emails, etc. we were able to get a deal together. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a camper whether it’s your first or your 21st camper. They are great people to deal with. we only wish that other dealerships throughout the United States follow suit with kindness and support the Zoomers RV (Indiana) has shown us. Would recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in an RV.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to buy my first home from, I was hooked up with Kristy at IN location when I found a camper I really liked, she went above and beyond for me, the camper was sold before I pulled the trigger on it and it ended up being a blessing cause a newer model for a steal came up at the IL location, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to stay with Kristy cause she was just an awesome sales person who wasn’t the typical “pushy” kind and I really clicked with her, happily I was able to keep her as my sale rep and she got my new home for the exact amount I needed it to be out the door. Jen the sales manager was amazing in helping finalize it all and working with me since I’m out of state buying, didn’t hesitate to walk me through the paperwork step by step when I called, My parents had to go pick my home up for me and Ralf did the walk through at IL location. I video chat to do the walk through and Ralf was amazing and explained everything I asked about without hesitation, he was such a sweet man and I know if in the future I ever need to “upgrade” Zoomers will be where I go! and I really can’t thank Kristy enough for working with my crazy self as a newbie to this homestyle life she never got frustrated or whatnot with my 1000 text and calls about everything. God bless this company and the wonderful crew working there! My parents worked with a guy named Dan (sales manager) I believe at the IL location and they really liked him and said he was great to work with and was quick and efficient when getting my home ready to be brought back to NC to live in.

Bought a brand new travel trailer, the next day towing on the highway, found out there are 2 giant holes in underbelly, speechless…

Nobody mentioned anything to me during the purchase. But apparently they knew there were holes because someone covered it with a plastic wrap. Just be careful doing business with them.

Our family was in the market for a new RV. We looked a many models, watched tons of reels and spent months doing research. We spoke to many salespeople in multiple states and looked for the best deal. Kristy at Zoomers RV had 2 of the 3 models we liked best on her lot. Not only did she have plenty of stock she gave us the best price on our camper and the highest amount of money for our trade in. She and her staff worked hard to get this deal done. Our local bank had some requests that they had not seen before but they took it in stride and got what needed to be done, done. Kristy, Jen & Daniel were all amazing at our pick up after our 23 hour drive from NM to Indiana. All of our questions and requests were taken care in a friendly and professional manner. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend doing business with Kristy if you’re in the market for a RV. We definitely appreciate the customer service we received from Kristy and her staff! Great experience overall.

I was a little nervous to do business with an RV dealership 4 hours away from where we live. I have to say that Zoomers did not disappoint. We had a great overall buying experience.
Our Sales Representative, Kristy Fletcher, went above and beyond throughout the entire buying process doing things like sending video and pics, answering questions late into the evening, and coming in on her day off to make sure the walk through and closing went smoothly. During the walk through, they had the camper fully set up so we could test all systems. Impressive considering it is the end of November and the camper was already winterized. We had a punch list of items we found during the initial walk through of the unit that needed to be addressed. We verified during the final walk through that all items were fixed as promised. There were no high-pressure sales tactics during the sales or financing process. Everybody we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I hope service after the sale meets this same level of overall satisfaction.

We bought our first camper yesterday and we chose Zoomers to help us out. We could NOT have been happier with this decision! Living two hours away, we basically bought the camper before we ever saw it in person. (And having spent HOURS researching) Soon after I expressed interest in our No Boundaries 20.3EO, Kristy reached out. Over the next couple days as we worked through financing, scheduling, etc she was ALWAYS attentive via text (even though they were her days off and she insisted it was just fine). Then, when we arrived they were ready for us shortly and Daniel spent an hour with us orientating us to our new camper and answering my list of questions. Then, Tim helped us in finance and was pleasant and informative as he ran through our warranty options. There was no pressure, but I couldn’t pass up extending the warranty 7x the manufacturer for only another $35/mo. That’s a steal if I’ve ever seen one. So yes, this place rocks. There are a million RV choices in northern Indiana but we are done looking and researching from now on. We have our spot.

Kristy Fletcher was a big help. She answered all of our questions and concerns. If there was something she could not answer, she put us in contact with the person who could give us the answer. She also asked us questions to find out our needs and wants. This made us feel very comfortable and also made our decision easier.
We wanted to change our original pickup date of the 5th Wheel to 2 days earlier because of the in coming weather. Kristy made all the arrangements to get us in early.
While we were at Zoomers RV, Kristy stayed near by, talking to us and making us feel right at home. Kristy also made sure we had a walk through to show us everything we needed to know about the workings of the 5th Wheel.
