The best customer service we have ever experienced in a store. The staff was very knowledgeable. My husband got shoes and a belt, he says he has never had a pair of shoes that felt so good. I’m sure they have a customer for life.

Expensive. But their customer service is worth it for senior citizens like my mom and perhaps other persons with common conditions like diabetes and some injuries that can affect the feet. Extensive patience by the woman working here to find the exact pair of shoes that would fit my mom. This after probably the 10th or 12th try-on. Two thumbs up!

I've been buying SAS shoes for over 10 years and are the best shoes out there! I received an email a couple of days ago with a new style that I love so I drove today 18 miles to support local business rather than online only to leave torqued off because some lady insist I don't pull my own shoes. I always purchase a minimum of three pair when I go to SAS and have never had an issue. I'll never return to this location. My wife only wears SAS as well. We miss the 19th Ave location so Scottsdale here I come!

Took mom for new shoes. She's a wide, difficult to fit. The sales ladies there were amazing! They fit her, recommended, suggested, and were very professional and friendly. Shoes found and ordered a pair too! Thank you ladies!

What a pleasant experience I had today. I actually had a person help me that new things about shoes how they were made where they were made and what shoe would be best for the problem I’m having with my feet. I went into the SAS shoe store in Sun City Arizona. Larry help me starting with measuring my foot and then finding shoes that I liked he actually put the shoes on my feet which hasn’t been done in years. I would highly recommend the shoe store to anyone at any age. And to top it all off the shoes are made in the USA,

Melissa, the sales person was very friendly and helpful. I needed a special size which ordered. I just my shoes up today they fit great. I really like their shoes and they last.
