We were greeted with a smile and service was excellent. They were knowledgeable about their products and we left happy and stress free. We purchased a pair of beautiful wrap around moccasins at a very reasonable price . Absolutely love them.

Was instructed to go here to pick up a large piece of leather, very helpful staff, was in & out fairly quickly... even though it was almost closing time.
Will have to go earlier next time to look around.

By far one of my favorite shops to stop at when I am in Gallup. There are not many genuine leather master shops around anymore. The owner and staff here are really nice and helpful. The boots, hats and leather products they craft and sell are top quality. I wish the great company continued success and hope they are here for a long time. City Electric is iconic symbol of Gallup, New Mexico.

I live in Montana/Alaska. I'm currently in Alaska and I've been wanting this pair of Hondo boots for a while. The Hondo factory is temporarily closed due to Covid, but they recommended City Electric Shoe Shop. So I called. A real live human answered. She was so friendly, so helpful, so efficient. And, my boots arrived in perfect condition... all the way at the top of the world. I could not be more appreciative and impressed by this shop! Thank you! Thank you!

Super helpful staff and great shoes. 2 pairs or mox to wear were not enough. Look for the Taos housemade shoes.
