Vendor who originally installed our Carrier AC unit had just done annual maintenance check and said all was fine. Three days later it started blowing warm air. Coincidence? I did not want to take a chance. So we called Senica. And glad we did. They came out same day to diagnose issue. And next day found needed part and fixed issue. Vinnie and Thomas were courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They are excellent representatives for the company. And while I don't like spending money on AC repairs, the cost did not "break the bank". I highly recommend Senica.

Very professional. Took his time and was extremely thorough. Showed pictures of inner coils of air conditioner and explained everything to my understanding which was much appreciated. Was prudent with non replacement of filter on extra filter system i had installed as it didn’t warrant changing at this inspection. I’m very comfortable knowing my unit is in excellent condition and being maintenance properly.

My new home 2004 was equip with Carrier AC and no issues which was installed by Senica. On 2019 Senica recommended carrier Infinity 16. The drain plumbing hook up was not installed properly and had slow leakage into the return duct. Every 6 months it is serviced which none of the servicemen noticed the seepage which caused water accumulation in the duct & flooded. After 12 years finally I decided to check where the leak coming from. I noticed the plumbing hook up have a slow leak . I asked to reimburse me for the repair but was told by their service manager Kyle the system is 12 years old & will not do so. I was told to take my business if not satisfied.

Install crew came in, worked efficiently and effectively to swap out old units and install new overcoming tight quarters to get the equipment in the attic. No complaining, no bellyaching - just a get it done attitude that was very refreshing. Took pride in their work. Could not have been more pleased from the estimate to interactions with the folks in the office to the final installation - a class organization!

Senica Air is an excellent company to do business with. I have contracted with them to maintain and service my air conditioner twice a year. They send qualified techs to clean and service our unit and that has prevented us from having any issues. They are always on time, professional and even offer to install our clean filters inside for us. Thank you Robbie, you were terific.
