manager was extremely unhelpful and rude. came in to do a return on an online order that clearly states you can return in store. however the manager flat out said no before even looking at the return slip or even coming to the register. giving at least two stars because the normal sales associate was super nice and helpful and was able to do my return.

Taylor helped me today! She did an amazing job got me exactly what I wanted and asked for! And everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in. They are always helpful at this location even when they were on the lower level, but Taylor did an AMAZING job today and wonderful service! Y’all go check them out

Service was absolutely amazing. The woman (I forgot to get her name) was outstanding! She went out of her way to assist my friend and I as we tried on multiple different items of clothing! Definitely coming back.

The prices are what you would expect from a name brand store. But the service at this particular establishment was anything but name brand. It was very personalized. Shopping for underwear for my girl can be a difficult task. Wandering the aisles, sifting through all the different types of thongs can make a lone guy seem kinda pervy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a "How can I help you?" Feeling sheepish and a little embarrassed, I said I needed to buy underwear. With a smile and a brisk step in her stride, the employee whisked me around the store and helped me pick out 10 pair of panties and thongs. And not once did I feel pervy because the employee made me comfortable. Thank you Aerie for making my Christmas shopping a wonderful experience and for putting a smile on my girls face....and mine later this evening.

I wear a very hard size to find of a 42C. The ladies at Arie went above and beyond today to help me find the perfect bra that will fit without hurting, something that i am not used to. Paris, Abigail, and ShaQuira were amazing helping size me, look through bras that would fit me, and ordered me 2 new bras! This is the kind of store you want to shop at!
