I had such a fantastic experience here yesterday. Jason helped me select a pair of running shoes. He was so patient and knowledgeable, and he really took the time to help me find the perfect pair for my needs. They didn’t have the color I wanted in stock at the Decatur store. Jason checked with the midtown location, and they were able to ship me the right pair with no additional charge. They were delivered the very next day! I can’t wait to try them out. I highly recommend Big Peach if you are looking for a professional recommendation for running shoes. They really know their stuff, and their customer service is unmatched! Thank you Big Peach!

I bought a pair of On shoes a year ago and loved them, but they started to squeak after some time. Six months later, I returned to the store and mentioned the issue to the store manager, who seemed surprised. Despite this, I liked the shoes enough to buy another pair, thinking it was just a one-off defect. However, the squeak came back. This time, a sales associate acknowledged that it was a known issue. So much for the manager’s surprise.

As I was leaving, I recommended that they inform customers about the squeak in On shoes, but they seemed indifferent. While their products are good, the service in-store is lacking. If you’re okay with being served by people who don’t seem to care as long as they sell you what you want, this place is for you.

I love this store! They find out all about you get and running style in order to f the best shoes. First you stand on a device that determines where the pressure is on your feet. It will show if your have flat feet or high arches. Then they record you walking and running to see how your stride and gait is. From there they can determine the type of shoe that will support your specific needs. The cost is higher than what you would find at other stores about $80-200/pair, but it's worth it for the long term health of your joints!

Enjoying my new Altra running shoes that Sales Rep Eshi helped me to pick out. ? After analyzing my feet with the pressure point device, Eshi patiently worked with me to find the perfect runners for my feet. ? After trying what felt like over 10 pairs, the Altra fitted my feet the best. ? Truly appreciate Eshi helping me find that right shoe because we do a lot of running at CrossFit Lay It Down in Tucker.?So these new running shoes will come in handy real soon during an upcoming running workout. ?️‍♂️

I really appeciate the help Sofia gave me in selecting a new pair of running shoes and some insoles for my work shoes. She took the time to explain the results of the scan of my feet and gave me several suggestions for my new running shoes and inserts. She was patient while I tried on all the shoes and inserts but she got it right with her first suggestion for each one. She even ordered the color I wanted from another location. I had a great first visit.

I was having some metatarsalgia and plantar fasciitis as well as knee and ankle pain during my workouts. It resulted in a significant drop in total gym time and I was starting to gain weight and feel unhealthy. My orthopedist gave me a list of recommendations and suggested Peachtree Running Co. I was lucky to have Jesse as my sales person. She analyzed my feet and made some suggestions. I cannot tell you how many different pairs of shoes I tried. For each she would tie me a runners knot and patiently wait for me to run on the treadmill and around the store- a routine i felt would best help me pick a shoe. She asked for feedback each time and remembered what I said so she could provide assistance in choosing. She did not pressure me to buy. We settled on the Hoka one one -clifton with inserts for my arch and to assist w my plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. I am back to the gym! I appreciate you Jesse!

I got fitted by the lovely Shanta and had a 10/10 experience! She guided me through the fit process and explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. I got a foot scan done then she recorded me running and walking and gave me recommendations based on that. I tested 4 pairs of shoes and we found the best fit for me. Super personalized and overall the store has a great welcoming and friendly vibe. Shanta even gave me recommendations on finding running communities in the area! I’ll definitely be returning to Big Peach Running Co.!
