My son was looking for an engagement ring and we went to Brody Jewelers for help. From start to finish it was the best buying experience I have seen and I was just an observer. Louis escorted him through the entire process filling us with vital information and answering questions along the way. His fiancee was there to make sure that the ring she'll be wearing her entire life is what she wants and they both left smiling and laughing and so excited about their future. Louis handled potential awkward budgeting questions perfectly also! It was so cool to watch! If anyone is in the market for anything jewelry or watch related, please let Louis Brody and his staff help you out. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Brody found the exact Rolex I was looking for in only a few hours, purchased it for me and had it sent overnight! I have never experienced service like this and the price was great! I won’t shop anywhere else for jewelry from now on! Btw… I live an hour and fifteen minutes from his store one way. I’m glad I made the drive!

Would not recommend going here if you are apart of the LGBTQ community. We wanted to support a small business over a mega-corporation but my fiancé and I were not treated well and were not taken seriously starting from the moment we walked in the store to the moment we left. We took our business to Kay’s in Fort O and had a wonderful experience.

Louis was great to work with! This was my first experience at Brody Jewelers. They had a good selection of Seiko watches, but not the exact one I was looking for. Louis ordered it without hesitation and said there was no pressure to buy it if the watch wasn't the perfect one. Of course, it was great - and at a very competitive price! Definitely check out this family owned business if you are in the market for a watch or other piece of jewelry!

The last time I went I had a watch sized. Louis Brody said it was from China. The watch was a gift from a authorized dealer. He was mad we didnt get the watch from him. The person that gifted the watch was with me so his remark was rude and disrespectful. How am I or the gift buyer going to know they can get the watch for us if the people stand in the back and only ask "how did you hear about us?" and say "let us know if you see anything". After that he tried to pressure me into putting a downpayment on a watch I was looking for so he could order it. After I said no, he said "see you're not serious". I went to Atlanta to to try on the watch before buying, they were out of stock and they could not order it because covid. I was serious. That was the first time I met him so I didnt feel comfortable. With how rude and aggressive he was I would rather order the watch from somewhere else and get treated better. In the market of watches I have looked at their Rolex watches before and they are severely scratched and overpriced. The showcase is vastly different than the high end pieces he posts on facebook. Im guessing he would rather cater to a few wealthy customers than have a city full of loyal customers. With my family owning a local business of over 35 years I try to support local but I can say I'd never spend another dollar there.

Had to have my grandmother's ring cut off due to me gaining weight. Not only did they cut it off and free my finger but they resized it and I got it back looking better than when I left it with them. I am very happy with the service I recieved and how fast they had it back to me. I will recommend them to anyone who has a jewelry need! Thank you guys! Y'all are great!

Did a FANTASTIC job. My DY bracelet broke and they fixed it. My Rolex stopped telling time (which they are notorious for if you don't wear consistently) and they put in a new gas tube as well as a new crystal face. In a weeks time. VERY impressed with their customer service.
