This company is a big rip off! The shoes I ordered were not a good fit for me so I returned them. I was charged return shipping fees of $11 and a restocking fee of $8. I also paid the shipping fees when the shoes were delivered to me!!! Be careful. Ordering from this site will cost you BIG! It’s much safer to order from a site that has free returns!! I’m very disappointed in dance connection!

I ordered 2 pairs of Ultimate Dance Shoes on 4/22/22. I received 1 pair within a few days. By 5/8/22 when I had still not received any notice or update of status, I began contacting Dance Connection by phone and email. I asked multiple times for a call back. Eventually, Belinda sent me an email and said the manufacturer had shipped to the wrong place. Once the shoes finally arrived on 5/18/22, the sole of one of them was loose and separated, and both black shoes had a piece of white sticky tape adhered on the inside near the open toe...visible from the top. Again, I asked for a call to resolve the issue, and again, Dance Connections simply will not return the call. Instead they sent a shipping label that I have to print. I mentioned several times that if the one heel height was not available I would take the other heel height. This company is very unresponsive. I am highly disappointed because this is not a difficult request ... CALL ME.

I love the Ultimate dance shoes! They are so comfortable and have helped my WCS dancing a lot. The website was pretty easy to use. I couldn't see anywhere to specify that I wanted the women's size, but I just sent an email to them. I was sending an email anyway because I changed my mind on the color I wanted after I placed my order. They emailed be back really soon and were really personable. I got the exact size and color I wanted and couldn't be happier.

Extremely disappointed!

I would love to describe my experience with my shoes I ordered on May 4th at an event... but I still have not received them! I have called twice and each time I get the vague answer that they are coming soon. It should not take over 3 months for a pair of shoe to get here. I've had shoes made elsewhere and I have received them in 1/3 of the time. I would kind of understand if the shoes were at a discounted price but they're not. If I knew I would spend most of the summer without dance shoes I wouldn't have bought them from Dance Connection.

I will never buy from here again.

I was one of the first customers to have their orthotics (the foundation of my dance footwear - couldn't dance without them). Since they came out with the Comfort Brand, that is the only brand I buy. I even have pairs that I wear to work! The staff are some of the nicest, sincerest people I have worked with in shoe retail and they really know their stuff. I highly recommend Dance Connection for their excellent products. The Customer Service at the home office cannot be beat. Just remember, if you are buying shoes at a dance event, the people working there are working 14-16 hour days so help them help you - that will get the best result!

I special ordered a pair of WCS sandals this past summer; they arrived on time and fit perfectly. I see Dance Connection at most of the WCS events I attend; nice to see friendly, familiar faces who are happy to answer questions and help with small fix its on the spot. Love their Comfort sandals!

I've had a hard time finding dance shoes that are wide width and low heels. Really pleased so far! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that I tried emailing 3 separate times to get a question answered and never received a reply.
