We have absolutely fell in love w G Marie’s! From Homecoming to Prom they have been our go to for the best selection and prices. What’s best at G Marie’s by far though is the great individual customer service we’ve always received. Ginger and her team make each girl feel like she’s the only person in the room. Always giving honest feedback and suggestions. A one stop shop with all your accessories and alterations too! You won’t be disappointed if you come to Lyons and shop here.

The shop and its dresses are beautiful… I would definitely rate this as 5 star but my experience today was definitely not good! I purchased a $667 dress for my 10 year old, which is fabulous. But when it came to my three year old ( which I asked to rent a cupcake dress and appointments were not available today, I totally understand) but if I personally want to try on another dress (for purchase) and for an employee to come to me and say “ummm If you were interested in renting I would take that dress off because it’s to expensive” … ma’am I can purchase it, money is definitely not the issue here… it was the rudest comment especially since i was the one pushing their employees to try to purchase more than 1 dress today…( for both daughters) i guess they believe the dresses are to expensive for a three year old. personally if I like I will buy it, but to purchase it she definitely needs to try it on…. Idk I hate I have to comment but I was very disappointed in the way she treated me as a customer… Other than that the other employees were wonderful…

At first glance, this store was great!! The staff was very helpful and I found a dress for my senior prom. It had to be ordered but sadly the world shut down the next day due to covid. We had already put down the deposit but after talking to the owner, she told us that if the dress could sell the following homecoming or prom season we could get our deposit back. Around January 2021, the dress sold and we were not made aware of it. My mom finally called and asked about it and we were finally let known that it had sold. We were told that the check would be sent in the mail and we would get it soon. Months go by and we never get our check. We constantly call and ask about our check and they continue to tell us they are sending it but never do. Finally around May 2021 my mom calls back and the owner answered the phone. The owner had the worst attitude about sending the check and snapped at my mom for no reason. We were frustrated with waiting and wanted our money back and after having an awful conversation with the owner and calling for 6 months they finally sent the check. I understand it was a hard time for everyone but this is over a year later and if something was decided, do it. We shouldn’t have to continuously call a business to get our money back after the owner suggested the option. We will never go back.

BEST DRESS SHOP IN THE WORLD!!! I have been several times and the team work there is amazing. They all jump in to help! The service is impeccable and I will never shop anywhere else. Best choice of dresses anywhere. The owner really goes the extra mile. 5 STARS!!!
