I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to. Make sure you get the right receipt with a list of all your items because they are overcharging. They are giving you the merchant copy instead. They charged me $15 for a pack of beads. This isn’t the first time I noticed my total was too high for what I actually had but this was the first time I asked for the right receipt.

I purchased a head wrap from this place and as soon as I got to my car and opened the package, it unraveled. I went back inside and politely put my issue out there to exchange for a different one and the guy rudely told me that he’s not going to do it. He came from behind the counter and stepped down as if I had done something to him. I then asked for a refund and he ignored me as if I’ve never said anything. I asked for a refund a second time and he said he’s not doing a refund either. He claimed there’s no exchanging and there’s no refunds to be given....that would be fine if there was a sign saying this but there wasn’t. This is why most black people don’t support other black people. I’m not even from here but I have a slew of family members that’s from this town and best believe I’ve spread word to them.

This store does have a variety of hair and beauty products, but the cashier is very rude. It truly doesn’t make sense for someone to have a black owned business, but yet you’re extremely disrespectful to the same race that’s providing most of the business that you are getting. A perfect example of why we are so divided now.

Came all the way from Evans bc someone referred me to the store and they are closed!!! Time says 9am to 9pm and it's 9:40...wth?!!! Could have shopped in my own area...
