In one word… AMAZING!!!
I have been told several times about this boutique, and my husband insisted on us going today for me to pick out a few things that I liked. That was not a good decision for him (his credit card took a hit) but for me, phenomenal!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest smiles and the owner was just as warm and welcoming as you can get! They were so energetic and ready to help me and answer all of the questions I had. It is SO clean and SO organized in there, it is an absolute DREAM to walk through. Oh, and ladies, take your husbands… they have a HUGE men’s selection as well. My husband told me on the ride home that I could pick up anything from that side and he would LOVE it. They have all of the Fieldstone trending items and a lot of items for your country boys too! I will be going back there time and time again!!

from start to finish this place is high class.. the store reminded me of a boutique I could not believe the selection the shoes were phenomenal the jewelry the bags and the clothing oh my God there's not enough words.. let's just say I walked out with many bags.. and what makes this place even more amazing are the two employees that helped me. GLORIA & ASHLYN that gave me the most beautiful amazing customer service I have ever had probably in my life ...they were honest they were down to earth they were not about money they were about finding things that I truly liked the prices were amazing they were so so kind and considerate ,genuine , real they were amazing , they went above and beyond to help me.. they are truly an asset to this company... I love the clothing 🙂 so high fashion but yet you can wear this stuff everyday great quality I love everything... it's worth the drive no matter where you're coming from and it was clean the bathroom was clean the store was nice and easy to shop it wasn't overwhelming they have tons of stuff but easy to shop beautiful accessories great fitting rooms great mirrors. the store was lit where you could actually see things it was not dark and dim. it was clean it smelled good everything in the store was beautiful.. coming back Saturday 100% handicap accessible one of my family members that was with me is in a wheelchair and it was easy to maneuver it was great!!!!! THANK YOU I LOOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!

The products I have ordered have been fine. My issue is I placed an order for a particular size dress & somehow it defaulted to a different size. I contacted the shop & was told to return it immediately & I would be given a credit & that hopefully the original size I ordered would be delivered to their store soon as they were sold out. I called the store because it showed my dressed had been delivered 2 days prior to me calling & was told they would look for it. I told her I would hold & once she returned to the phone she stated she found the return. I was then told the lady who does returns was put to the post office and once she returned she would contact me and this was yesterday. She has yet to contact me. I’m extremely disappointed because I keep getting told they are “busy”. Well this is my hard earned money I spent. I have placed orders before however after this order and finding it to so difficult to return an item I will no longer be ordering which is unfortunate.
One other footnote: if I can’t get in touch via telephone & I am being told they don’t do messages online what is it I am supposed to do to rectify this?

I have been to and bought online from a lot of boutiques and none compare to the service from Jincy’s! I was so happy to finally go in person recently and was blown away by the meticulously decorated and organized showroom as well as the friendliness of the staff. Jincy’s Southern Exchange is by far my favorite boutique to shop at! Jincy and her staff go out of their way to make sure their customers are met with a genuine smile and a helping hand without hovering to make it awkward. I can struggle to put things together sometimes, but they are always willing to help their customers out together the perfect outfit that makes you feel beautiful from head to toe! Their merchandise covers a wide array of needs whether you are shopping for women’s or men’s clothing, accessories, or gifts. The store is super cute and inviting as it strives to meet the needs of those who enter its doors while also offering an online store to accommodate those unable to visit. I cannot say enough, shopping there just feels like visiting a group of friends that have awesome goodies to buy and a sweet pup named Texas that is always available to give you some love.

Beautiful store, awful prices. I grew up in metropolitan cities and I never went to stores with outlandish prices. This is in a very small rural town. There is absolutely no reason to spend $75 on a pair of PJs. That's just the beginning. I would go somewhere else before I wasted that much money on things you can purchase elsewhere for better prices. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.
