Very clean. The associate was very friendly and greeted me and my family upon entering. There was not a very good selection for me to choose from. I have been to other Kate Spade stores and outlets and they have a better selection. But all in all it's ok just not for me.

I love my Kate Spade purse and was debated when the strap buckle broke. The manager and team at this store took care of me. They allowed me an exchange and with excellent customer service. I felt so welcomed and valued that I bought a new wallet and my friend bought a purse and wallet. One was a Christmas gift and the manager made sure our receipt would be good if by any chance the Christmas present needed to be returned. So impressed by this professional and friendly staff. Thank you!!

I always find something here to add to my collection. Staff is always helpful answers questions in quick fashion. There was 3 staff members I came in contact with while on the store. One greeted me one offered help and other rang out my purchase. I enjoy looking around at the items they have. I found an Alice iPhone case and if I had an iPhone I would have bought it. I have android though.

My husband hates going to woman shopping places but he loves going here. Whenever we pass by he always asks if I want something Kate Spade. He said the design here is lovely and is what he likes his woman to wear. It's great that it's also my favorite brand. Many of my husband gifts to me were from here. There's none of them that I dont like. The display is bright and makes it easy to shop around.

Absolutely love this place, a am a guy wanting to buy a bag for myself. It's hard to shop with so much anxiety building up. Instantly when I walked in the lady helped me with whatever I wanted. There were a lot of choices! I left with a crossbody bag and a wallet. They only cost me about 150$. I would definitely come back again soon.

The only reason I gave 5 stars because the Sales Attendant named Jacquline she helped me and she is an Amazing lady. This shop should be happy that she is one of their employee. The next day I went there she greeted me friendly and the other lady TeeShea helped me. She is a pleasant person too.

We had the best experience with Jinai, Alex, & Alexis were beyond amazing! Me, my daughter and our best friends had the best time and all walked out with amazing purses!!!

wonderful customer service!!!! sales attendant named Ciara( not too sure how it’s spelled) went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed! She was helpful and more than kind!
