I had 2 rings resized down 2 whole sizes due to weight loss. You did an amazing job! One of them needed a bridge. I was very worried that I wouldn’t like it and it would be hard to get used to. I tried it on in the store when I picked it up and couldnt even tell it was in there. They both fit great and are very comfortable. No more uncomfortable ring sizers worn by me! You knocked it out of the park once again! Thank you!

An amazing team with excellent service! They went above and beyond to help my parents find exactly what they needed and more. Connor was incredibly sweet and charismatic. He helped me choose a new bracelet and even shared some insights about my silver ring. I’ve been a customer of Martin Binder jewelry since I purchased my wife engagement ring. When it was located downtown Valpo. It’s the first store I visit during the holidays season. My wife is alway excited to see a beautifully wrapped box knowing it came from Martin Binders.

Jaime was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was able to help me put together exactly what I was looking for!! The most gorgeous color gemstones I have ever seen!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Bob! So genuine and personable! We were blown away by the entire experience! The entire staff and atmosphere was incredible! Time and time again, the customer service at Martin Binder is AMAZING!!! My fiance and I have kept coming back for every gift and piece we need for the wedding and they are so wonderful and so helpful! Very patient when we are indecisive and so sweet!! Ashley, Bambi, John and Erica have helped us when we come in and they never fail to provide the best level of customer service you could imagine. After the first time we went in there and purchased our first couple items we needed, we decided that we won’t be shopping for jewelry or watches anywhere else!!! I brought my 1985 Rolex GMT Master to Connor at Martin Binder to have it serviced. It was pretty beat up from years of everyday wear and tear. It looked as beautiful as the day I bought it when they got it back to me with an appraisal and free engraving. It was fantastic working with Connor. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and perfectly suited to his vocation. If I owned a jewelry shop, I'd be paying whatever it took to get him away from my competition. We were assisted by other sales people at the same place a few weeks later. I would ask for Connor if you want first class service. The Rolex technician who serviced my timepiece is nothing short of a master craftsman. It was a stunning transformation to its original glory.

We now have a jeweler! Didn’t even know we needed one until we met the incredible John Maier! He was so personable and extremely knowledgeable. I was unaware of the retail aspects of what I was looking at until John explained it so superbly simple enough for even me to understand!!! We’ll definitely be using him from now on for all our jewelry needs/wants!!!
