I purchased a bag that had these small 1 oz bags of b'cuz strawberry mallow granola bites in it (picture attached) it was our first time tasting these, so two days later I went back to the store to buy some more. After looking around the whole store no employee asked if I needed any help, so when I seen a lady I asked her for help, she helped looked, and she asked a guy who I’m guessing is the manager who clearly didn’t care to help because he didn’t come from the back in the office, he looked like his employee (the lady) was bothering him. I was then told the store won’t have many of the same items there which I think is unfortunate, and nobody mentioned reordering this item. Customer service needs to improve and it shouldn’t be hard to reorder this item especially since they are selling out.

Went on 11/10, awful experience. You should really train your loss prevention guy, the older white male. He is horrible at his job and makes people not want to spend money in your store. I don't appreciate being stalked and followed the entire time. I have the money to buy the whole store if I wanted... there's no need to follow me, my husband, and 2 kids like that. A female employee also pointed at my husband and said something to another employee because he walked up to the front to grab a cart. Racial profiling, apparently Hispanics(my husband and kids)are NOT welcome in their store and are treated as thieves. I spent a few hundred dollars anyway as my kids found things to buy. Shame on you racists.

So glad we finally have a Sierra in Georgia! I know the store is new but it's the cleanest and most organized one I've been to so far. Employees were extremely nice and I even witnessed them walking around and picking up items to put up rather than leaving things a mess. Can always find amazing deals at Sierra so if you're looking for outdoors gear, go here before REI.

“I had a very disappointing experience at Sierra recently. I was told by the cashier that I should apply for a ‘rewards card’ to take advantage of special offers. However, I was shocked to discover that I was actually signed up for a credit card without my knowledge. At no point did the cashier mention a credit card—he repeatedly referred to it as a ‘rewards card,’ which is very misleading.

This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and misled, as I had no intention of applying for a credit card. Clear communication is essential, especially when financial products are involved. I hope the store reviews its procedures to make sure staff are transparent with customers. I encourage others to double-check what they are signing up for in situations like this.”

I have a new favorite store!

Brick and mortar storefront featuring outdoor themed merchandise.

Per the staff, they are a unit of the TJMAXX retailer.

The only downside is that I did not find any extended size apparel on the racks. Most everything was the standard s-xxl sizes.

Some XXXL and Tall sizes would be nice for those who need such.

I Love this Store it’s a TJ Max Marshalls Home Goods and Sporting Goods all in one with Excellent Customer Service
